I am Eleanor Flynn, the principal of iSQR.

The approach taken by iSQR is to provide insight based on analysis and to use that as the starting point for your team to recognise and implement solutions. While iSQR is highly motivated to assist your business, the approach is not to dictate. The goal is your understanding of the problem and to help develop your action plan and work alongside you to implement the action plan.

I’ve been there and solved many problems of an operational and technical nature. I began my career as a food engineer and have worked in various functions in food manufacturing and logistics including product development, quality and as an operations manager. I have extensive experience in data analysis and studied data science. Underpinning my experience is a passion for process improvement.
